Owned by Maple Tree Limited, the IQ Building is a highly prestigious office located in the heart of Aberdeen city centre. Burns Construction were appointed to refurbish the atrium area, reception area and two offices to attract new tenants to the building.

The works involved the manufacture and supply of a new reception desk, internal upgrades inclusive of forming a new of seating/break out area, new Eco jazz cladding to the stairs, a subdivision of the ground floor office, new curtain walling to the entrance and new FF&E.
